Refund policy

Placeholder refund policy — replace with your own wording before launch. Goal not reached: if the funding goal is not reached by the deadline, every payment is refunded in full and no logo is placed. Taken over: if someone takes over your spot by paying double, you are emailed straight away and refunded in full within 7 days. You get first chance to take the spot back at the new price before anyone else. Declined claim: if your logo or brand is declined, you are refunded in full. Change of mind: refunds are available up to 48 hours after purchase, as long as the spot has not been taken over. Crypto refunds are returned in USDC to the wallet the payment came from. Card and UPI refunds go back to the original payment method.
